Supporters who hold a season ticket, membership or any supporters who are a junior (under 20) can claim one ticket free of charge for this fixture up until 12pm on Friday 28 August 2026. You can do this by logging into your online account and selecting a ticket under the West Ham United PL2 event.

Tickets will be sold online only initially and will go off sale online on Monday 31 August at 1pm. Tickets will also be available to purchase on matchday from the Kingsmeadow ticket office two hours prior to kick-off. All tickets are subject to availability. Only card payments will be accepted at the Kingsmeadow ticket office.

PDF tickets will be sent via email and tickets will appear on the Chelsea Official App.

All persons under the age of 16 will be required to attend the relevant area of the ground with, and sit in the ground next to, a person aged 18 years of age or over.

Personal assistant tickets can only be allocated using this process.
