Due to delays in the process of finalising the notice of EGM and sending it out to shareholders, due notice has not been given for the meeting in accordance with the articles of association. In order to ensure all business conducted at the meeting is valid, we have decided to postpone the meeting to Monday 23 July 2012.
The meeting will again be held in the Harris Suite at 11am and a new notice of meeting will be sent to all shareholders shortly. All notices for the EGM for 25 June 2012 should be ignored.
Please note that it is now possible to return signed proxies by e-mail so we hope that minimal inconvenience will have been caused and apologise for any confusion that may have arisen.
The Board
