Cole Palmer's second goal against Luton has been shortlisted for the December Premier League Goal of the Month award.

The 21-year-old has enjoyed an extremely productive season with the Blues since joining in the summer, rounding off the year with a special strike against the Hatters.

Driving into the box, Palmer produced a special solo run, seeing off challenges and attempts from Luton shirts to dispossess him, maintaining his composure to slot the ball into the net.

It's Cole's second Premier League nomination for December with the winger also on the shortlist for the Player of the Month gong.

Palmer will now go head-to-head with seven other shortlisted contenders for the Goal of the Month prize; Martin Odegaard (Brighton), Alexis Mac Allister (Liverpool), Wataru Endo (Liverpool), James McAtee (Sheff Utd), Harry Wilson (Fulham), Danny Welbeck (Brighton) and Pervis Estupinan (Brighton).

The award will go to the best goal in the Premier League over the last month, as determined by a public poll.

You can cast your vote for Palmer's goal to be named Goal of the Month here until midday on Monday 8 January. The winner will be announced at 1pm on Friday 12 January.
