The statement reads:

It has come to our attention that some shareholders are under the impression that proxies for the original EGM date of 25 June 2012, which has been cancelled, are still valid for the new EGM on 23 July 2012. Please be advised that this is NOT the case. New proxies will have to be issued for the rearranged meeting and the form of proxy will be with the new notice of meeting to be sent out shortly.
