Industrial action is planned on the rail network on the day of this weekend's home game, as well as engineering work on the District Line.
The fixture affected is at Stamford Bridge versus Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday.

Services will finish much earlier than normal and supporters are advised to plan their journey to and from the game in advance.
National Rail and some TfL services will be disrupted due to industrial action, and only limited services will be available after the game.
In addition to the industrial action, on Saturday there will be scheduled engineering works on the District Line of the London Underground between Earl’s Court and Wimbledon meaning no service on that line (which serves Fulham Broadway Station). West Brompton and Imperial Wharf Overground Stations will be closed from 4pm.
Where possible, supporters using Tube services should walk to Hammersmith or South Kensington for the Circle, District or Piccadilly Lines, as replacement buses, local buses and Earl’s Court station will be extremely busy after the game.
