On 27 February 2013 the Chelsea Pitch Owners plc Board sent out notices pursuant to section 793 of the Companies Act 2006 to those shareholders who bought 10 or more CPO shares in the period from the 2010 AGM held on 10 December 2010 to 20 October 2011 to identify any interest held by others over the CPO shares that they own.

The deadline for replies has now passed. CPO has entered the responses into a register in accordance with section 808 of the Companies Act 2006 which it has made available for inspection in accordance with section 811.

The Board is now obtaining legal advice in relation to the information received.
