Six of our Blues have been called up by England Women for next month's Women's World Cup qualifiers against Spain and Ukraine.

The Lionesses will continue their FIFA World Cup 2027 campaign by facing Spain at the Estadi Son Moix in Mallorca on Friday 5 June, before hosting Ukraine at Everton's Hill Dickinson Stadium on Tuesday 9 June.

Sarina Wiegman's side recorded a 1-0 win over Spain at Wembley Stadium during the last international break in April, and followed that up with another 1-0 victory against Iceland at their Laugardalsvollur national stadium.

Those results mean they sit at the top of Group A3, having taken the maximum 12 points from their first four matches of the qualifying campaign. Spain are currently positioned three points behind the Lionesses in second place with nine points in total.

Aggie Beever-Jones, Lucy Bronze, Niamh Charles, Lauren James, and Keira Walsh have been called up to the 23-player squad once more, having become regular members of the side under Wiegman.
