The Chelsea boss spoke about Mayra Ramirez after the striker suffered an injury against Manchester United at Leigh Sports Village on Wednesday.
Ramirez was replaced by Johanna Rytting Kaneryd after just 27 minutes against Manchester United on Wednesday evening and looked visibly uncomfortable as she was substituted.
But Bompastor had a positive update during her pre-match press conference ahead of Sunday's trip to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Bompastor said: 'She came [to Cobham] today and I spoke to her. We are not really concerned. She's just feeling a small pain in the front of her knee, so she's okay.
'I think she will need some days for it to settle down with the pain, but I'm not too concerned. I think she could be available for the last days of the season.'
Bompastor also confirmed there will be changes to her side against Tottenham on Sunday, having already secured the Women's Super League title midweek.
That will give the coach a chance to rest players who have featured heavily this season and will allow her to provide minutes to those who are looking for an opportunity to impress.
'Yes, there is the opportunity to do that [rotate] in the game on Sunday,' she replied when asked. 'For some players, it will be an opportunity to get a rest - this last block has been really busy.
'Some players will have to have this break to be ready to compete in the final games. The good thing about Chelsea is you have depth in the squad, there's enough quality to be ready to perform again on Sunday. Some didn't play much in recent games.
'So it will be the opportunity to find the right balance between having fresh legs, but also giving the opportunity for some players to rest.'
