Sonia Bompastor has confirmed that Nathalie Bjorn, Naomi Girma and Melvine Malard will all be available for selection when we take on Birmingham City at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea host the newly-promoted side tomorrow afternoon, with kick off scheduled for 12.45pm, and Bompastor will have extra resources to call upon.

Bjorn was named on the substitutes' bench for our 5-0 win against Manchester United last weekend, but did not feature. Meanwhile, Girma and Malard were not in the squad.

However, Bompastor says each of the trio is in contention to feature this time around. 'Nay is back in the group and will be with the group tomorrow for the game,' confirmed the Blues boss. 'Nat Bjorn is back, and Melvine Malard is also back in the squad.

'It's really important, really good and positive, especially as we are going to enter a period of three games in a week and six games in the next two weeks.

'It's really important to have as many players available as possible because I think if you want to maintain the intensity, you need to be able to rotate and have some fresh legs coming into every game.'

Mayra Ramirez has also been absent from the squad in recent weeks and Bompastor gave an update on her availability too.

'Mayra is back in Colombia for personal reasons,' Bompastor explained. 'The club is supporting her in the best way possible and we are hoping to see her back with the squad and with the team soon.'
