Sonia Bompastor has confirmed goalkeeper Hannah Hampton will be unavailable for a few weeks but there was better news about Aggie Beever-Jones, who has now recovered from the problem that kept her out against Arsenal and St. Polten.

The England goalkeeper was absent for our Women's Champions League trip to St. Polten on Tuesday evening, with Livia Peng stepping into the starting XI in her place.

After further assessment, the head coach was in a position to give an update on her condition.

'She picked up a quad injury,' said the head coach. 'She will be out for a few weeks, so we'll see. If we can see her before the end of the year, I'm not sure.'

Beever-Jones was missing from the side during the 1-1 draw away at Arsenal, as well as the midweek trip to Austria, but is now fit and available for selection to face Liverpool on Sunday.

'Aggie is back in the squad and available for the game,' explained Bompastor. 'We have everyone else available for the game on Sunday, too'

Lauren James and Naomi Girma both made their respective returns from injury against St Polten midweek. With ambitions to compete on four fronts, Bompastor is grateful to have key players returning to the squad.

'I'm really happy,' said Bompastor. 'I think we are coming into a busy period in our schedule. It's important to have as many players as possible available with the quality they have and the impact they can bring to the team.

'For that reason, I'm really pleased with having players back and the fact that I have many options going into every game.'
