Kepa has been recalled by Spain following his impressive performances for Chelsea.

The keeper was not in La Furia Roja's World Cup squad in Qatar but has been selected by Luis de la Fuente, taking charge of his first Spain games in the forthcoming international break. They are Euro 2024 qualifiers at home to Norway and away to Scotland.

Kepa, who has kept eight clean sheets in his 18 Premier League appearances and been nominated for the division's Save of the Month on three separate occasions, last played for his country in July 2020.

In total Kepa has represented Spain 11 times, enjoying a shutout in seven of them. He is joined in the Spain squad by fellow Premier League keepers David Raya, of Brentford, and Brighton's Robert Sanchez.
