No midweek match but Stamford Bridge has still been busy. The venue spaces at our stadium have been the location for Leaders Week London, a business summit attended by over 3,000 senior executives from every facet of sport.

With the Great Hall in the West Stand transformed as the principal space, and hospitality suites plus settings such as Frankie’s and the Stamford Bridge Hotel utilised for a mix of talks, meetings, presentations plus places to network and socialise, it was our ability to provide a campus-style experience in a well-connected central London location that was key to Leaders Week reimagining the well-established event here.

Indeed, Chelsea Football Club first staged a Leaders conference in 2008 and continued to do so at the stadium over the following decade.

The relocation back to the Bridge for 2026 and the start of this new era for Leaders Week London heralds a multi-year agreement for the flagship event to continue to be held in SW6.

This year, there were speakers from across the sports industry: from teams, leagues and associations; broadcasters, tech and service providers; and investment companies, agencies and sponsor brands. Consumer desires, cross-industry collaborations and AI were just some of the themes covered.
