Two of Chelsea’s young players are among the top 30 in the world when it comes to estimated transfer market value according to a numerical analysis carried out by an international football research group.

Tammy Abraham is the highest-valued Chelsea player in the ranking, coming in 17th with an estimated price tag of €103.1 million (£87.4 million) with Mason Mount not far behind in 26th, worth an estimated €94.1 million (£79.7 million).PSG’s Kylian Mbappe tops the poll at €265.2 million and the Premier League is well represented with five of the top 10 playing in England.The International Centre for Sports Studies (CIES) Football Observatory is the organisation responsible, and it carries out its statistical analysis across Europe’s five biggest leagues.In estimating the transfer fees players would command, it takes into account the level of activity of the player for both his club and his national team, the club and national team results, the player’s age, position, which league he plays in and the economic level of the releasing club should a transfer take place.The list comprises of all players the CIES believes are worth over €50 million and other Chelsea players feature – Kepa Arrizabalaga, Christian Pulisic, Jorginho, Callum Hudson-Odoi, N’Golo Kante, Fikayo Tomori, Mateo Kovacic, Ross Barkley and Kurt Zouma.
