More importantly the Board of Directors of Chelsea Pitch Owners announce today to shareholders that the CPO Chairman, Steve Frankham, has stepped down for personal reasons. He remains as a director of the company. The Board wishes to place on record their gratitude for the great steps the company has made under Steve’s leadership and express their best wishes to him and his family at this difficult time.

The board has elected Charles Rose as acting Chairman with immediate effect.
