Tuesday 2 July from 7am until 5pm on Tuesday 2 July: Supporters on the 2018/19 UEFA away scheme can purchase one ticket. 500 temporary loyalty points will be added to accounts in order to give supporters the choice of ticket category.

Wednesday 3 July 7am until 9.30am: Season ticket holders with 100 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.

Wednesday 3 July from 10am until 11.30am ONLINE ONLY: Season ticket holders with 95 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.

Wednesday 3 July from 12pm until 1.30pm ONLINE ONLY: Season ticket holders with 90 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.

Wednesday 3 July from 2pm until 3.30pm ONLINE ONLY: Season ticket holders with 85 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.

Wednesday 3 July from 4pm ONLINE ONLY: All remaining season ticket holders can purchase one ticket per person

AllocationThe maximum allocation we can receive will be 4954 tickets. To ensure that we achieve the UEFA ticket order deadline (11 July), tickets will go on/off sale as detailed below. Tickets will be sold using the loyalty points from the 2018/19 season.

Business season tickets or multiple season tickets in one nameSeason tickets held in a business name (as determined by the Club) cannot purchase tickets for UEFA away matches.

Any season ticket holder who holds two or more season tickets in one name can only purchase one UEFA away match ticket.

Tickets purchased using season tickets in a business name or multiple names will have the ticket order refunded.

Collection ProcedureOnce the fully completed declaration forms have been received a voucher will be posted to the supporter who made the booking.

In order to collect the ticket each individual supporter will be required to bring with them in person the voucher and their valid passport. Please note copies of the passport will NOT be accepted and each supporter will need to visit the collection point in person. Tickets cannot be collected on behalf of other supporters.

Supporters who purchase a ticket at the ticket office in person will have the voucher sent out by post. No vouchers will be handed out at the ticket office at the time of purchase.

Further details in relation to the location of the ticket collection point, along with match security and safety information will be communicated to supporters by email as soon as possible.

DeadlinesPlease note the following deadlines are in place for this match:

Declaration forms must arrive with the ticket office no later than 5pm Wednesday 31 July.

Supporters who do not receive their voucher must contact the ticket office by 5pm on Thursday 8 August.

Tickets will go off sale at 5pm Wednesday 10 July.

Declaration form submissionEach supporter will need to fully complete their own SUPER CUP declaration form once the booking has been made. Each declaration form must have a hand written signature from the individual ticket holder.

The declaration form must be completed accurately including the passport number of the applicant. Supporters who order two tickets or more in one transaction will be required to submit the application forms from that transaction on the same time.

Failure to comply with the above information will result in the declaration forms being returned without tickets issued.

Dispatching of vouchersOnce the ticket order has been placed with UEFA the physical tickets are expected to arrive with us towards the end of July. Once the tickets arrive we will start processing the vouchers and send them to supporters.

Duplicate ticketsWe regret to inform supporters there will be no duplicate tickets available for this match.

Loyalty pointsSupporters will receive 0 (ZERO) loyalty points for this match.

Official travelThere will be no official club trip operating for this match.

Sales OrderTickets will be sold in a strict selling order allocated from the front of each block to the back.

Uncollected ticketsSupporters who fail to collect their tickets will not receive any loyalty points.

Uncollected tickets cannot be refunded or resold.
