The Brazilian tells the programme all about the manager’s approach to player management and also spoke about the benefits of experience to his game.

'Right now, I’m living this amazing moment in my career,' he says. 'It’s so special for me, at 37 years of age, to still be playing at the highest level, but there are two people who have made – and continue to make that possible for me – and that’s Tuchel here at Chelsea, and Tite, the coach of the Brazilian national team.

'I think, with experience and the more time you play football, you get to a point where you start to see the game in a different light.

'Now, I no longer just watch football for watching football’s sake. For example, if I’m at home watching a game, I’m looking out for little tactical, technical and physical things that I wouldn’t have done before. When I was 23 or 24, that didn’t exist for me at all. I was just training to play another match, but now I’m training not just for the match but to pick up a wider experience.'

The programme also toasts Chelsea Women’s FA Cup success in a special celebratory feature, while former Chelsea Player of the Year Eddie Niedzwiecki takes us back in time with a first-person piece about the club’s transformation over the course of the 1980s and 1990s.

Club historian Rick Glanvill tells the story of Ron Harris’ progress through the Chelsea youth setup in his ‘Rising Sons’ feature, and there’s all your regular columns, with Thomas Tuchel and Cesar Azpilicueta reflecting openly on a tough week for the first team along with all the latest from the Academy.
