We wish to inform supporters who have successfully sold general admission tickets on the ticket exchange this season that the first window to withdraw funds from their ticketing account has opened today.

Any account credits accrued from ticket sales can be used towards future ticket purchases, including season ticket renewals, or withdrawn to a bank account during one of three dedicated windows throughout the season.

The first withdrawal window opened at 3pm today (Monday 17 November) and closes at 9am on Monday 1 December.

Exchange credits from general admission tickets up to and including the home match against Sunderland on 25 October are available to be claimed. Any matches after this fall into the next window.

To request a withdrawal

Please log in to your account on the ticketing portal when the window is open, go to Account Management and select Account Cashback which will appear during the window. There you can enter your bank account details.

If you do not have a UK bank account, please complete the submission form which can be accessed by clicking here. It includes attaching proof of account for verification.

No withdrawal required

If you would prefer your balance to remain in your account to be used towards future purchases, you do not have to take any action.

What happens next

Once your request has been successfully received, funds will be transferred to your nominated bank account within 10 working days of the window closing.

Please be aware that it is not possible to amend a request once it has been sent, so we ask that you carefully review the details before submitting. It is your responsibility to ensure the details are correct and that your account is secure, so only you can submit the request.
