We wish to update supporters who have successfully sold general admission tickets on the ticket exchange this season that the second window for withdrawing funds from their ticketing account opens next week.

Any account credits accrued from ticket sales can be used towards future ticket purchases, including season ticket renewals, or withdrawn to a bank account during one of three dedicated windows throughout the season, with the first of those windows having closed at the start of December.

The second withdrawal window opens at midday on Monday 2 March and closes at midday on Sunday 15 March.

To request a withdrawal

If you have a UK bank account

Please log in to your account on the ticketing portal and when the window is open:

  • Select VIEW ACCOUNT MENU

  • Then select ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • Then select ACCOUNT CASHBACK which will appear in the dropdown menu

  • You can then enter your bank account details and the amount to transfer

  • Once the details are entered click on TRANSFER FUNDS

  • When the process is complete you will receive a TRANSFER SUCCESSFUL message on screen and an email confirmation of the cashback request

  • If you look in your ACCOUNT HISTORY you will see confirmation of the cashback

If you do not have a UK bank account

Please complete the submission form which can be accessed by clicking here and then email tickets@chelseafc.com during the above withdrawal window open period with a proof of account for verification.

No withdrawal required

If you would prefer your balance to remain in your account to be used towards future purchases, you do not have to take any action.

What happens next

Once your request has been successfully received, funds will be transferred to your nominated bank account within 10 working days of the window closing.

Please be aware that it is not possible to amend a request once it has been sent, so we ask that you carefully review the details before submitting. It is your responsibility to ensure the details are correct and that your account is secure, so only you can submit the request.
