Updated ticket selling details have been announced for our visit to Old Trafford on the opening weekend of the Premier League season.

We take on Manchester United in Frank Lampard's first league game as Chelsea boss on the opening weekend of the 2019/20 season. The ticket allocation for season ticket holders is sold out. Tickets go on sale to members tomorrow (Wednesday) on a loyalty-point basis. Full details are below.

Dispatching of ticketsTickets will be posted out via first-class post.

Duplicate ticketsSupporters who do not receive their tickets by post should contact the ticket office on Friday 9 August before 5pm.

Loyalty pointsSupporters will receive one loyalty point for this match. Tickets will be sold using loyalty points from the 2018/19 season. Loyalty points for the 2019/20 season will be added to supporter accounts once the Manchester United away match has sold out.

Official travelCoaches (including a wheelchair accessible coach) will depart Stamford Bridge at 9am and Newport Pagnell at 10.30am priced at £10 return.

Safety and Security Information Working in partnership with Greater Manchester Police, Manchester United have reviewed their security procedures and have made a couple of important changes to help ensure the safety of all supporters, visitors and staff.

Bags larger than 20cm x 15cm x 5cm (8” x 6” x 2”) will not be permitted into the stadium.All bags will be searched and items larger than the size criteria must be left at one of the bag drops facilities at a £5 charge. They are located near the ticket office (N1 car park) and in the E2 car park.

There is a Public Spaces Protection order in place at the Borough of Trafford that prevents members of the public from consuming alcohol on the roads and within public spaces in the vicinity of the Old Trafford stadium.

Following a number of highly publicised incidents in football last season they would appreciate it if you could support them in communicating that the throwing of missiles and attempted/actual pitch encroachment will not be tolerated.

Wednesday 24 July from 7am until 9.30am: Members with 105 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.

Wednesday 24 July from 10am until 11.30am: Members with 100 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.

Wednesday 24 July from 12 noon until 1.30pm ONLINE ONLY: Members with 95 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.

Wednesday 24 July from 2pm until 3.30pm ONLINE ONLY: Members with 90 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.

Wednesday 24 July from 4pm ONLINE ONLY: All remaining members can purchase one ticket per person.

Tickets will be sold online from 7am and from 9.15am at the ticket office for personal callers and telephone sales.

Disabled information

We have received an allocation of 16 non-ambulant and personal assistant tickets.

Ambulant tickets will be taken from the main allocation.
