Bell joined Chelsea during his Under-15 season and has developed into a commanding presence between the posts.

His progress was recognised with an Under-18 debut as a schoolboy in a Premier League Cup fixture against Millwall in November 2024.

During the 2025/26 campaign, Bell was included in the Under-19 UEFA Youth League squad, travelling for fixtures against Atalanta and Real Madrid, where he was named on the bench.

After returning from injury in the second half of the season, Bell made his first Under-18 appearance of the campaign in a London derby against Fulham.

On the international stage, Bell has represented England throughout his development pathway.
