The 28-year-old defender joined the Blues in July 2024 from west London neighbours Fulham and made 70 appearances during his time at Stamford Bridge.

Tosin helped the Blues win the UEFA Conference League and FIFA Club World Cup during his two seasons at the club and struck seven goals.
