The day started with 30 minutes work in the gym before the players headed outside for more strength and conditioning. The focus then turned to some tactical drills and shooting exercises.

After training it was back to the hotel for lunch, and then the travelling party departed for the airport to fly to Charlotte, the setting for our final fixture of the tour.

Upon arrival in North Carolina, it was straight back on to the team bus with the next stop our base for the final night in America.

The head coach Enzo Maresca and Moises Caicedo went off to do their press conferences to preview the Real game, with Enzo speaking fondly of his former boss Carlo Ancelotti, and Moises discussing his adaptation to life at Chelsea.

After a long day, it was time for one last Stateside sleep before the tour comes to a conclusion with a mouthwatering meeting with Real Madrid.
