Several Chelsea players who are not on international duty resumed training at Cobham on Monday.
While many of our squad are dotted around the world representing their countries during this prolonged pause in the domestic game, and others are receiving treatment for injury, a handful got back to work on the grass at our training ground after a week off.
They included Marco Palestra, who is yet to make his Chelsea debut after suffering a quad injury in the build-up to our opening fixture of the season at Fulham.
Jordan Henderson, who made his Blues debut in our most recent game, against Brentford, was also working hard and you can see who else was involved in the session led by manager Xabi Alonso below!
