The squad were locked in on the Cobham grass for another high-intensity session as our prep continued ahead of our pre-season tour starting late next week.

Among those putting in the work, captured by our photographer, were defenders Tosin Adarabioyo, Aaron Anselmino, Levi Colwill and Marco Palestra, alongside attackers Liam Delap, Jamie Gittens, Joao Pedro and Estevao Willian.
