Although international football continues, there has been no let-up on the training pitches at Cobham as those players who remain with the Blues continue to work hard.
While many of our squad are away representing their countries during this break in domestic action, several players have continued their work at our Surrey training base under the guidance of our manager Xabi Alonso.
The boss has been working our players hard this week with Premier League action just 11 days away, when Bournemouth visit Stamford Bridge, with that clash quickly followed by three more fixtures before the end of October.
Marco Palestra and Danny Welbeck were among some of the players who got stuck in earlier today, with Pep Chavarria and Levi Colwill also involved during the session.
