Xabi Alonso and his squad made their final preparations for our Carabao Cup tie against Leeds United when they took to the training pitch at Cobham on Tuesday.
After defeating Luton Town 2-0 in the previous round, thanks to Danny Welbeck's opening goal on his Blues debut and an own goal by Hatters defender Hakeem Odoffin, we are back at Stamford Bridge again as our Carabao Cup campaign continues against old rivals Leeds tomorrow night.
Alonso has already suggested that he could rotate his team to give other players an opportunity for this cup game, although it will come too soon for Moises Caicedo to return, or for Jordan Henderson, Emmanuel Emegha or Marco Palestra to be considered for their own Chelsea debuts.
However, our manager still has a strong squad with plenty of options at his disposal from those who trained at Cobham, as the team put the finishing touches on their preparations for Wednesday's knockout tie.
