It was a busy session across the gym and the grass at our training base, with the squad continuing their pre-match preparations ahead of our FA Cup final-eight tie against League One side Port Vale.

With many of the Blues currently on international duty, it was a reduced squad taking part in the session but there were still plenty of familiar faces.

Benoit Badiashile, Liam Delap, Robert Sanchez and Estevao Willian were all involved, joined by Tosin Adarabioyo, Marc Guiu, Romeo Lavia and Wes Fofana, among others.
