The Blues are almost ready to face Manchester City in our first contest of 2026, and with Sunday's clash fast-approaching, the latest training pictures from Cobham are here.

It was another busy session at our Cobham training base with all eyes on getting a positive result when we travel up to the Etihad Stadium to face off against the eight-time Premier League champions.

Chelsea Under-21s head coach Calum McFarlane has been preparing the first-team squad for Sunday's tussle, following the departure of Enzo Maresca, and he and his staff were out on the grass helping guide the players through the session.

During his pre-match press conference earlier in the day, Calum explained that Marc Cucurella had returned to training after missing our draw with Bournemouth due to injury, but that the defender will be assessed before a potential return at the Etihad Stadium.

Pictured on the grass were the likes of Liam Delap, Enzo Fernandez, skipper Reece James, Joao Pedro and Estevao Willian, with the aim of securing the full complement of points at City firmly in our sights. Alongside them were defenders Josh Acheampong, Tosin Adarabioyo, Trevoh Chalobah and Jorrel Hato.
