Trevoh Chalobah has been added to the England squad for the 2026 World Cup following an injury to Tino Livramento.
Chalobah has been called up as a replacement for the former Chelsea Academy defender, who has suffered a calf injury ruling him out of the tournament.
FIFA regulations allow participating teams to replace an outfield player up to 24 hours before their opening fixture.
Chalobah has one senior international cap to his name, picked up in a friendly against Senegal almost exactly a year ago.
The 26-year-old joins fellow Blue Reece James in the squad, with England preparing for their first Group L fixture against Croatia in Dallas on Wednesday.
