The fourth and final group contained several spectacular strikes spanning 15 years of action, and in the end it was goals scored by Eden Hazard and Moises Caicedo that you voted the best of the bunch on the Chelsea Official App.

Hazard’s was that spectacular solo strike at Anfield that lingers long in the memory, with the brilliant Belgian weaving between several Liverpool players before finishing in style in front of the travelling support.

Caicedo’s goal that progressed was no less spectacular, a perfect strike from the halfway line that dropped into the net after Bournemouth’s keeper was caught out of position. It was some way for Moises to open his Blues account!

Hazard and Caicedo beat off competition from fellow Goal of the Season winners Ashley Cole (2010), Lewis Baker (2014) and Mateo Kovacic (2022).

The quarter-final line-up is now complete and tomorrow (Thursday) we will reveal who is facing who in the knockout stage, with Caicedo (2024) and Hazard (with three selections for 2016, 2017 and 2019) joined by Ramires (2012), Michael Essien (both 2007 and 2009) and Joao Pedro (2026).
