The quarter-finals of our Ultimate Goal of the Season competition have concluded and we can reveal which four strikes have advanced to the next round.

You cast your votes on the Chelsea Official App and in three of the four ties it was very close indeed. That was no more evident that in the all-Michael Essien quarter-final, with his swerving strike against Arsenal (51 per cent) edging out that spectacular volley against Barcelona (49 per cent).

Essien's Arsenal goal will come up against Ramires' glorious chip in the Nou Camp in the semi-finals, with the Brazilian's effort receiving 58 per cent of the vote to beat Eden Hazard's Tottenham classic.

It was Hazard's solo strike against Arsenal (70 per cent) that comfortably won over his individual effort at Anfield, while in the other quarter-final Moises Caicedo's halfway line strike got the better of his Blues team-mate Joao Pedro, the most recent entry in this competition.

That means it's Hazard vs Caicedo in the other semi-final, with the poll opening tomorrow (Saturday) - be sure to return and have your say as we get ever closer to finding our Ultimate Chelsea Goal of the Season!
