As was explained at the meeting itself several hundred inquiries or applications had been made and were awaiting processing. More inquiries were received after the EGM.

Since then we have sent application forms to 665 people.

To date we have received back applications accounting for 132 shares, 110 of which have so far been checked and approved. More are coming in each week.

We would encourage those who have made inquiries to send in their applications for shares or their proof of identity/address as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

At present we are prioritising applications to purchase a single share. The vast majority fall into that category, with one request to buy five shares, another for four and a few for two or three per person.

We will provide a further update as things progress.

As shareholders are aware, Bob Sewell and Dennis Wise resigned from the Board. People who should like to be considered for one of the vacant positions, and who have not already put their names forward, can do so by emailing [email protected].
