Chelsea take on Bayer Leverkusen and AC Milan this coming weekend and with digital tickets to be issued for all matches at Stamford Bridge this coming season, there is here a handy guide for fans attending those games and our special Together in Glory celebration event on Wednesday.
The Blues, now crowned the world champions, return home for the matches on Friday and Sunday. Tickets are on general sale and any supporters purchasing for the Leverkusen match have the chance to win big with Chelsea by entering a draw for over 100 prizes.
Before that, a select number of supporters will be in attendance at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday afternoon for a celebration event - Together in Glory - following a successful season for both our men's and women's sides. Players from each team will be present, to showcase our trophies from the campaign just gone.
