Maika Hamano vs Roma

Introduced as a half-time substitute, Hamano produced a top-class finish from the edge of the penalty area following a superb link-up between Millie Bright and Guro Reiten.

Lucy Bronze vs Roma

Our sixth goal of the evening against the Gialorosse came courtesy of Bronze, as she beat her defender on the right wing and delivered a delicate chip over the goalkeeper, which landed in the back of the net.

Sandy Baltimore vs Brighton

A moment of quality from Baltimore broke the deadlock just before half-time in this WSL fixture. The Chelsea wing-back jinked her way past her defender down the left wing before curling an unstoppable right-footed effort into the top corner.

Alyssa Thompson vs Brighton

The Seagulls were in further trouble when Sam Kerr fashioned an exquisite turn on the left-hand side, creating enough space to play a low and hard cross across the box. Popping up in a central position, Thompson got in front of her marker and volleyed home to seal the 3-0 victory.

Sam Kerr vs Wolfsburg

With the score locked at 1-1, Johanna Rytting Kaneryd crossed the ball into the box from the right-hand side, and Kerr provided our match-winner with a superb glancing header which looped in at the far post. It was a goal that secured our place in the Champions League quarter-finals.

Wieke Kaptein vs Liverpool

Receiving possession while in motion on the edge of the box, Kaptein produced an elegant turn before shooting low into the bottom corner to put us three goals ahead after 21 minutes.

Johanna Rytting Kaneryd vs Liverpool

The third of our nine goals against the Reds came via Rytting Kaneryd, who completed a perfect hat-trick on the day and the first of her Chelsea career. Her first was the best of the trio as she curled in a perfectly placed shot from the edge of the box on her unfavoured left foot.

Millie Bright vs Liverpool

Chelsea captain Bright added our ninth of the afternoon with a strike more befitting of a central striker than a central defender. The skipper played a neat one-two with Hamano on the edge of the box before unleashing a powerful shot into the opposite corner of the net.
