It’s been a silverware-laden 12 months for our women’s team, as we lifted the Women's Super League, Women's League Cup and Women's FA Cup trophies in 2025. Those triumphs came with an unbeaten record across all domestic fixtures last season as Sonia Bompastor began her tenure in superb style.
We found the back of the net on 101 occasions in 42 games across four different competitions and have narrowed those down to a shortlist of ten, which we have compiled in the video below. So relax and enjoy these stunning strikes from 2025 before casting your vote via our official app!

Catarina Macario vs West Ham (A) 24/25
Macario kicked off the year by scoring the first in a 5-0 win over West Ham in January. Playing a neat one-two with Sjoeke Nusken on the edge of the area, the striker saw her opportunity to go for goal and volleyed the ball into the top corner from the edge of the area.
Oriane Jean-Francois vs Durham (H) 24/25
The Blues put five goals past Durham in the Women's League Cup back in January, and Oriane Jean-Francois scored the best of the bunch. As the ball was cleared from an inswinging corner, the France international hit a wicked volley on the edge of the area, which powered its way into the top corner.
Lauren James vs Everton (H) 24/25
A goal beautifully hit into the bottom corner from Lauren James in stoppage time handed us a crucial league win over Everton at Kingsmeadow. Officially timed at 92 minutes and three seconds, the strike was recorded as our latest-ever winning goal in the WSL.
Erin Cuthbert vs Man City (A) 24/25
Chelsea played four consecutive matches against Manchester City back in March, as we met in the League Cup final, the Women's Super League and played a two-legged Women's Champions League quarter-final.
After having lost the first leg of the UWCL quarter in Manchester in midweek, Chelsea travelled north once again at the weekend to face the Cityzens, and it looked like we had been held to a draw until Erin Cuthbert put her body on the line in stoppage time to power home an Ashley Lawrence cross, giving us a vital advantage in the title race.
Aggie Beever-Jones vs West Ham (A) 25/26
With this exceptional curling free-kick from almost 30 yards out, Beever-Jones became the first Chelsea player ever to score a goal in each of our opening four matches of a WSL campaign, helping us to a comprehensive 4-0 victory away at West Ham.
Keira Walsh vs Spurs (H) 25/26
The experienced midfielder scored her first-ever goal for Chelsea in October as Ellie Carpenter did well to tee her up on the edge of the box, allowing the England international to fire a low shot hard into the bottom corner. That finish secured an important three points in the WSL against a resolute Tottenham side with the only goal of the game.
Ellie Carpenter vs Barcelona (H) 25/26
Producing a trademark rapid surge down the right flank, Carpenter wowed the crowds at Stamford Bridge by unleashing a rocket of a shot into the back of the net to open the scoring against Barcelona from a position where many would have expected her to deliver a cross instead.
Alyssa Thompson vs Arsenal (A) 25/26
Chelsea got off to a lightning start at the Emirates Stadium when Thompson put us ahead after just nine minutes. The American created space with her pace, played a give-and-go with Johanna Rytting Kaneryd, and lifted the ball expertly over the goalkeeper and into the back of the net.
Alyssa Thompson vs Liverpool (A) 25/26
Thompson once again showed her brilliance, scoring the opening goal against Liverpool in this Women's Super League encounter. The dynamic forward cut inside from the left wing to dribble into the box and curl an unstoppable effort into the top corner.
Sandy Baltimore vs Brighton (A) 25/26
A moment of sheer quality from Baltimore saw us break the deadlock against a resolute Brighton defence just before the half-time whistle blew. The Chelsea wing-back jinked her way past her defender down the left wing before curling an unstoppable right-footed effort into the top corner.
