The month began with a hard-fought 1-1 draw away at Manchester United, and we followed up with another 1-1 draw away at FC Twente as we embarked on our Women's Champions League campaign for 2025/26.

We then returned to Kingsmeadow and secured a 1-0 victory over Tottenham before we turned on the style and defeated Paris FC 4-0 at Stamford Bridge.

Five players have again made the shortlist and included in the October group are Sandy Baltimore, Erin Cuthbert, Wieke Kaptein, Alyssa Thompson and Keira Walsh.
