Keira Walsh believes Chelsea's attacking play is becoming increasingly free-flowing after producing a moment of individual brilliance in our emphatic 6-0 Women's Super League victory over Charlton Athletic.
The England international was at the heart of another impressive performance from Sonia Bompastor's side, producing an audacious backheel assist for Aggie Beever-Jones as the Blues returned to the top of the WSL table.
Chelsea scored four times inside the opening 19 minutes at The Valley before adding two more after the interval, and Walsh believes the confidence running through the squad is helping our attacking players flourish.
'I think the whole team feels confident,' said Walsh. 'I think some of the goals we scored today were really, really good.
'I think the team's just in a really, really good place. And I think especially in attack, it feels very free-flowing. I'm excited about it.'
Walsh's creativity was on full display in the 57th minute when she improvised brilliantly to flick the ball into Beever-Jones' path, allowing the striker to finish clinically and register her first goal of the campaign.
While the midfielder admitted her inventive pass was not necessarily intended for Beever-Jones, she was delighted to help her team-mate get among the goals.
'I was just trying to flick it for one of the runners in behind. I probably saw Sandy more, to be honest! I think it was a really good finish from Aggie.
'I think giving our strikers confidence, giving our forwards confidence to know that they can score those goals again, is really important.'
Another player who enjoyed a memorable afternoon was Giulia Dragoni, who came off the bench to score her first competitive Chelsea goal with a superb finish in the 66th minute.
Walsh, who previously crossed paths with the young Italian during her time at Barcelona, was full of praise for her team-mate's ability and attitude.
'For me, she's just an incredible person. I think she's just the best team-mate to have in the changing room.
'I think probably for her, she's been a little bit disappointed in her minutes, if she's being honest. But I think in terms of what she does for the team and the players who are playing, she's incredible.
'I think since she's come to Chelsea, she's been such a good talent in training. And I think you can see with her first touch and her finish. Her body was almost facing the opposite way and she could still find the bottom corner.'
The midfielder also highlighted the collective joy at seeing Dragoni score, with the celebrations reflecting the close-knit nature of Bompastor's squad.
'I think you could see how happy the bench was for Giulia when she scored. So I think it just shows the togetherness of the team in general.'
Despite our six-goal haul, Walsh was equally pleased with the defensive discipline shown by the Blues ahead of another important run of fixtures.
'I think a clean sheet was important today. I think that's something we've really been focusing on this year. And obviously scoring a lot of goals.
'Important going into some big games coming up. Really happy with the team performance.'
