After a disappointing midweek defeat to Leeds United, the Blues will look to get back to winning ways tomorrow afternoon as we take on Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium.

After an impressive start to the campaign, the Cherries have hit a sticky patch and are winless in their last five Premier League fixtures. The most recent of which came against Everton on Tuesday evening and left Andoni Iraola's side 14th in the table.

The Blues, in contrast, were unbeaten in seven matches in all competitions before our defeat at Elland Road on Wednesday evening, and Enzo Maresca wants a response from his side down on the south coast.

‘Bournemouth will be a similar game to Leeds, that’s why we need to be better,’ Maresca said at his pre-match press conference.

‘They are intense; Leeds were very intense. I said after the game [with Leeds] that they were better than us in all the aspects. Hopefully, we can learn from that and be better [against Bournemouth].'

Tomorrow's clash at the Vitality Stadium will kick off at 3pm – and the Blues will be wearing our away kit, which we last donned for our victory against Burnley at Turf Moor.

This year's away shirt is an homage to that introduced by Chelsea manager Dave Sexton in the 1970s, which itself was a tribute to Hungary’s famous ‘Magnificent Magyars’ team from two decades earlier.
