The six clubs Chelsea will face in the league phase of this season’s UEFA Women's Champions League have been confirmed.
We will face six different teams in the league phase, hosting three matches at Plough Lane and travelling to three others across the continent.
The league phase format dictates that the top four teams will progress straight to the quarter-finals. The teams finishing between fifth and 12th place will take part in the knockout play-offs, deciding the last four quarter-final spots. Teams finishing 13th and below will exit the competition.
The draw took place in Nyon, Switzerland, and the Blues’ UEFA coefficient ranking ensured we took our place in Pot 1.
And after being the second club drawn from Pot 1, our path was set by the automated software…
