The details of ticket sales for Chelsea Women’s second away fixture of the season have been released.

The Blues travel across London to take on West Ham United in the Barclays Women’s Super League with a 2.30pm kick-off on Sunday 28 September.

The venue is the Chigwell Construction Stadium and ticket sales for this match will be as follows:

Thursday 4 September from 2pm: Chelsea Women’s season ticket holders can purchase one ticket per person.

Friday 5 September from 2pm: Tickets on general sale.

Tickets for this fixture will come off sale at 5pm on Thursday 25 September and will be sold online only.

Application process for supporters with access needs

Supporters who require accessible tickets can submit an application form which can be found by clicking here. Alternatively, supporters can call our access team on 0371 811 2012 or 0044 207 915 1950 (international callers) to reserve your tickets or enquire about further information. To receive a personal assistant ticket, supporters who have not previously purchased through us must provide a copy of Proof of Disability that is dated within the last 12 months to [email protected].

There is limited availability for Blue Badge holders at the Chigwell Construction Stadium. Parking will only be taken on an individual request case only. Please email [email protected] to request a car parking space. Spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Supporters will need to provide their car registration by 12pm on Wednesday 17 September and confirm they are happy for it to be passed to West Ham United.

Allocation

We have received an allocation of 850 general admission tickets. This allocation will be situated in a terraced area and is an unreserved standing area. Additionally, we have received five non-ambulant and five personal assistant tickets which are situated in the Jax Sun Stand East, and six ambulant and six personal assistant tickets which will be situated within the SD Samuels Stand. These sections are reserved seated areas.

Dispatching of tickets

Digital tickets will be sent to supporters via email the week commencing 22 September. Tickets will need to be downloaded by supporters on to their Apple/Google wallet.

Duplicate tickets

Supporters who do not receive their tickets by email or have issues downloading their tickets should email the ticket office no later than 12pm on Friday 26 September. Please note that away duplicate tickets can only be collected by supporters in the booking.

Refunds

Away match tickets are not refundable.
