We are delighted to announce that the Stadium Tour and Museum is reopening from Saturday 18 July.
Tours will be available daily between 10am and 3pm, except on any home Chelsea FC matchdays when the whole Stamford Bridge site will be closed to the public.
As we re-open, the health of our supporters, visitors and staff is our top priority and we have introduced five guidelines that all visitors must follow:
All tours must be booked a minimum of 24 hours in advance via chelseafc.com/tours. We cannot process any ‘same day’ bookings.
Please note that Stamford Bridge is a ‘cashless’ venue and our contactless limit is £45.
2. SOCIAL DISTANCING
Tour group capacities have been significantly reduced to allow sufficient distancing within the stadium bowl and behind-the-scenes.
The museum is open before and after the tour and will operate a one-way system ensuring all visitors can follow a clear, safe and designated pathway.
3. PPE & FACE MASKS
All tour visitors are required to wear a face mask while in the museum or in the stadium.
PPE masks are not provided and cannot be purchased onsite, so visitors must bring their own. All tours staff will be wearing face masks.
4. HAND SANITISERS
There will be numerous hand sanitiser stations throughout the tour route and visitors are asked to make regular use of these.
There will be no toilet facilities available in either the museum or through the stadium tour route. This is to ensure we can maintain an enhanced cleaning regime. All visitors will need to use the toilets located next to the Megastore before entering the tour and museum.
Please note that some parts of the tour and museum may not be available to ensure the safety of visitors and staff. Multi-language devices will also not be available for the immediate future.
We also encourage visitors to, where they can, drive to Stamford Bridge and make use of our excellent onsite car parking facilities.
If visitors need to use public transport, we remind you to wear a face mask at all times and follow government guidance.
