Academy graduate Charlotte Wardlaw signed her first professional contract ahead of the 2021/22 season, keeping her at the club until summer 2023, with a further one-year option.
The versatile youngster, who can play across the backline or as a defensive midfielder, made her senior debut back in November 2019 against Tottenham Hotspur in the Continental Tyres League Cup.
Two more appearances followed before signing on professional terms and they came against Charlton in the FA Cup in 2020 and London City Lionesses in last season’s FA Cup competition.
The No.34 has an impressive international career to date, captaining England from Under-15s right through to the Under-19s.
In July 2021, Wardlaw joined FA Women's Championship side Liverpool on a season-long loan.
