Scottish international Jamie-Lee Napier joined the Blues from Hibernian Ladies ahead of the second half our 2019/20 Barclays FA Women’s Super League campaign.
A young versatile player who is capable of playing at full-back or as a winger, on the right or the left, signed a contract until 2021.
Napier’s impressive performances for Hibernian led to her being named as the 2019 Scottish Women’s Premier League 1 Player of the Year. The 20-year-old played in 33 games and she found the target 22 times.
Having represented her country at Under-17s and Under-19s level, Napier earned her first senior call-up in August in Scotland’s UEFA Women’s Euro 2021 qualifier against Cyprus.
In January Napier made her debut in the Blues’ 3-1 victory against Reading when she was brought on in the closing stages of the match.
In September 2020, she moved on loan to fellow WSL 1 side Birmingham for the season ahead.
