How to Purchase Disabled Tickets

Disabled Supporter Ticket Application Process

Members

Members can make an application for their ticket by completing the disabled supporter home/away ticket application form which can be downloaded here. Supporters need to complete the form and submit via email to access@chelseafc.com during the relevant sales period as advertised.

Once the application has been accepted, the supporter will receive an email advising them to log into their online ticketing account here to pay for their ticket.

Supporters log into their account by using their membership number and password. If you have not set a password, you can log in by using your date of birth in the 8-digit format DDMMYYYY.

If this does not work, you can request a password reset by clicking the button. Please ensure the email address on your account is a valid email address.

The personal assistant ticket will be process by the Access team once payment has been received for your main ticket.  Disabled members MUST NOT purchase tickets for matches online as you will not receive a personal assistant ticket.

 

Season Ticket Holders - Home Matches

Season ticket holders who purchase their ticket for additional home matches can do so by logging into their online ticketing account here.

Supporters can log into their account by using their season ticket number and password, if you have not set a password, you can log in by using your date of birth in the 8 digit format DD/MM/YYYY.

If this does not work, you can request a password reset by clicking the button. Please ensure the email address on your account is a valid email address.  

The personal assistant ticket will be process by the Access team once payment has been received for your main ticket.

 

Season Ticket Holders - Away Matches

Season ticket holders who wish to purchase for away matches must complete away ticket application form which can be downloaded here.

Supporters need to complete the form and submit via email to access@chelseafc.com during the relevant sales period as advertised.

Once the application has been accepted, the supporter will receive an email advising them to log into their online ticketing account here to pay for their ticket.

Telephone Sale

Disabled supporters can apply for tickets by phone during the relevant selling period on the disability line on 0371 811 2012 or international 0044 207 915 1950.
