Tuesday 25 November from 10am until Wednesday 26 November 9am: Supporters on the UK away scheme can purchase one ticket.

Wednesday 26 November from 10am until 11:30am: Tickets will be sold to season ticket holders on a loyalty-point basis, one ticket per person. The number of loyalty points required will be announced on this website no later than 9:30am on Wednesday 26 November.

Wednesday 26 November from 12pm until 1:30pm: Tickets will be sold to season ticket holders on a loyalty-point basis, one ticket per person. The number of loyalty points required will be announced on this website no later than 9:30am on Wednesday 26 November.

Application process for supporters with access needs

Supporters who require accessible tickets can submit an application form found here; which can be submitted during the relevant selling period. Alternatively, you can call our access team on 0371 811 2012 or 0044 207 915 1950 (international callers) to reserve your tickets or enquire about further information. Personal assistant tickets can only be allocated via the above application process.

Accessible parking information

There are 13 accessible parking bays for visiting supporters with a valid Blue Badge. These are free of charge and will be issued to you as a PDF via email. Please note you will be required to provide a photo of your Blue Badge and car registration at the time of booking.

Coach travel

Coach travel to The Cardiff City Stadium will be on sale from 10am on Tuesday 25 November.

Coaches will depart Stamford Bridge at 13:30 and will be priced at £15 per person.

Please note that all timings are estimated and will be confirmed on your final itinerary sent via email three to five days before travel. Supporters can click here to purchase or call on 0333 230 9115. You should only book travel if you have a valid match ticket.

Allocation

We have received an allocation of 3,239 tickets which includes an allocation of 17 non-ambulant and 17 personal assistant tickets. Ambulant tickets will be taken from the main allocation.

Dispatching of tickets

Tickets will be posted out via first-class post.

Supporters who do not receive their tickets by post should email the ticket office on Tuesday 16 December no later than 12pm. Please note that away duplicate tickets can only be collected by supporters in the booking.

Loyalty points

Supporters will receive five loyalty points for this match.

Refunds

Away match tickets are not refundable.
