Application process for supporters with access needs

Supporters who require accessible tickets can submit an application form found here during the selling period. Alternatively, supporters if they are able to do so, can call our Access Team on 0371 811 2012 or 0044 207 915 1950 (international callers) to reserve tickets and request further information. Personal assistant tickets can only be allocated using this process.

Accessible parking

Please be advised that Liverpool currently do not offer any car parking facilities on a match day for any visiting supporters. This is due to the stadium being located within a residential area.

Coach travel

Coach travel to Anfield will be on sale from 10:00 on Tuesday 29 September.

Coaches will depart Stamford Bridge at 12:00 and Newport Pagnell at 13:30.

Coaches will be priced at £20 per person.

Allocation

We have received an allocation of 6,025 tickets which includes an allocation of 45 non-ambulant and 45 personal assistant tickets. Ambulant tickets will be taken from the main allocation.

Dispatching of tickets

The entire allocation for this fixture will be in digital form. This will be clearly marked on the online portal, so supporters can be aware that they are purchasing tickets in this format. Tickets will be sent from Wednesday 21 October, via email.

Duplicate tickets

Supporters who do not receive their tickets should email the ticket office on Wednesday 28 October no later than 12pm. Please note that away duplicate tickets can only be collected by supporters in the booking.

Loyalty points

Loyalty points will continue to be awarded for purchasing away tickets. If purchasing on the away ticket exchange, points will remain with the original purchaser and additionally be awarded to the new ticket holder. If using away ticket transfer, points will remain with the original ticket purchaser. Supporters will receive five loyalty points for this match.

Away ticket transfer

For the 2026/27 season, away ticket holders will only be able to pass on their ticket to an existing eligible member/season ticket holder who does not already have a ticket for this fixture. When doing so, they will be required to provide the name and membership number of the supporter who is using the ticket to the club via an online form. The form will be active on Friday 23 October from 4pm, to access the form please click here. Away ticket holders will be able to transfer their ticket up to six times per season. Digital and in-person spot checks will be carried out to ensure the correct information has been provided to the club.
