The Blues host their old rivals at the Bridge for the 3pm kick-off, with all proceeds raised from the game going to the Chelsea Foundation and the Chelsea Players’ Trust, which supports the welfare of those who made the club what it is today.

Petr Cech, widely considered the greatest ever Chelsea goalkeeper, starts between the sticks behind a backline that will include the likes of John Terry, Gary Cahill and William Gallas.

There will be more European champions in the midfielder, with the likes of Claude Makelele, Ramires, Florent Malouda and John Mikel Obi all named in Roberto Di Matteo's XI.

Blues legend Eden Hazard and fan favourites Diego Costa and Solomon Kalou also return to the Bridge.
