Chelsea's Premier League fixtures for 2025/26 have now been revealed and we have picked out some of the eye-catching matches to look out for.
The Premier League announced all of next season's fixtures this morning, ahead of the start of the new campaign in August.
As always, these matches are subject to change based on potentially being chosen for TV or the impact of European and domestic cup fixtures.

Who is Chelsea’s first Premier League game of 2025/26 against?
Chelsea will begin our campaign at Stamford Bridge against London opposition. Crystal Palace will be the visitors when we kick off the season on Sunday 17 August, with kick-off slated for 2pm due to Sky Sports choosing to broadcast.
Who else do Chelsea play in the opening weeks of the season?
August then continues to be an all-capital affair for the Blues, as we make the short trip across London to West Ham United for our first away match on Saturday 23 August, before Fulham come to the Bridge on Saturday 30 August.
When are Chelsea’s London derbies against Arsenal and Tottenham?
We will head north to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday 1 November, before hosting our London rivals in the west on Sunday 17 May.
Arsenal come to Stamford Bridge on Saturday 29 November, while we will be in action at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday 28 February.
When are the west London derbies?
Chelsea's first game of September is also a derby match, away at Brentford on Saturday 13 September, at the end of the season's first international break. The return fixture is set for Saturday 17 January.
After hosting Fulham at the Bridge on Saturday 30 August, the Blues will be in action at Craven Cottage in a midweek round on Wednesday 7 January.
When do Chelsea play Liverpool?
The reigning Premier League champions will visit Stamford Bridge on Saturday 4 October, before Chelsea take on Liverpool away on Saturday 9 May.
When do Chelsea meet Manchester City and Manchester United?
Manchester United will be the first of the Mancunians we face in the coming season. Chelsea will be in action at Old Trafford on Saturday 20 September, and then the Red Devils come to west London on Saturday 18 April.
We will have to wait until 2026 for the first of our league meetings with Manchester City, which will be away on Saturday 3 January. City come to the Bridge on Saturday 11 April, the week before United do the same.
Who do Chelsea play over Christmas and New Year?
With no Christmas Eve fixtures this season, the festive period begins with our last match before Christmas, away at Newcastle United on Saturday 20 December. We won't be in action on Boxing Day either, returning to the pitch with a home match against Aston Villa on Saturday 27 December.
We stay at the Bridge to host Bournemouth on Tuesday 30 December, before kicking off 2026 with the aforementioned away trip to Manchester City on Saturday 3 January.
What does the Premier League run-in at the end of the season look like?
The final month of the season begins with Chelsea hosting Nottingham Forest on Saturday 2 May. Next up will be the away trip to Liverpool on Saturday 9 May, ahead of our last home fixture, the derby with Tottenham at the Bridge on Sunday 17 May.
Who is Chelsea’s last Premier League game of 2025/26 against?
Chelsea end our campaign with a long away trip to face one of the newly promoted sides. We will be in action for the last time in the Premier League at Sunderland on Sunday 24 May.
When are the Champions League matchdays?
The Blues have eight Champions League matches to look forward to between September and January.
Matchday one will be played between 16-18 September, with the next fixture on either 30 September or 1 October, between matches at home to Brighton and Liverpool.
The six subsequent Champions League rounds are: 21/22 October, 4/5 November, 25/26 November, 9/10 December, 20/21 January, and 28 January.
Changes to fixtures
Supporters are reminded that throughout the campaign there will be alterations to the fixtures. Match dates can change for a variety of reasons, including live TV broadcast selections and to accommodate matches in cup competitions, including movement from Saturday to Sunday due to involvement in European competition. For this reason, Premier League fixtures are always advertised as being subject to change.
The Premier League has committed to giving supporters a minimum of six weeks' notice (from the first match in the relevant month) on broadcast selections until December, and five weeks from January until Match Round 37. The Premier League will not be publicly announcing the release dates for each broadcast cycle.
