FPL players can now pick their squad following Monday’s full price reveals, with a £100 million budget available and just over three weeks to go until the new campaign begins. Here we help you get ready to choose your team by answering any questions you have and examining the Chelsea players’ prices…

Who is the most expensive Chelsea player?

Unsurprisingly, Cole Palmer has the highest value of any Chelsea player. Our star attacker costs £10.5 million, the same price he did in 2024/25.

Which Chelsea player had the biggest price rise?

New signing Joao Pedro has jumped from a price of £5.5 million last season to £7.5 million this. Of those players who started last season as a Blue, Enzo Fernandez’s value has risen the most, from £5 million to £6.5 million.

How much do Chelsea’s new signings cost?

Goalkeeper Mike Penders is valued at £4 million, with defender Mamoudou Sarr costing £4.5 million.

Dario Essugo and Kendry Paez are also priced at £4.5 million, while Estevao, Jamie Gittens and Liam Delap's would cost you £6.5 million each.

What’s new in FPL for 2025/26?

There are several innovations for the new campaign. Here we summarise the main changes and additions.

  • This season, any defender who reaches a combined total of ten clearances, blocks, interceptions and tackles (CBIT) in a single match will score two FPL points.

  • For midfielders and forwards, in addition to their clearances, blocks, interceptions and tackles, their ‘ball recoveries’ will also count towards their total of defensive contributions (CBIRT). As a result, they have to make 12 defensive contributions to earn their two FPL points, instead of 10.

  • Fantasy assists are often awarded to the player from the goalscoring team who has the final touch before a goal is scored, and they are awarded three FPL points. For the 2025/26 season, the definition of a Fantasy assist has been simplified to better recognise players for their contributions to goals, and to reduce the degree of subjectivity involved so that it’s easier for FPL managers to see when their player is getting an assist.

  • Managers will be given extra free transfers in Gameweek 16 to help plan around this season’s Africa Cup of Nations.

  • There will be changes to the number of points from goalkeeper saves, goalline clearances, penalty goals and successful tackles, with the potential for Fantasy managers to earn even more points.
