Ticket sales information

In advance of ticket sales, the following is strongly recommended. In order to purchase on behalf of other supporters, you will need to add them to your friends and family list. For details of how to do this and for full FAQs on the New Online Ticketing System, please click here.

Ticket sales for this match will be as follows:

Monday 22 August from 10am until 11.30am ONLINE ONLY: Members with 18 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.

Monday 22 August from 12pm until 1:30pm ONLINE ONLY: Members with 13 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.

Monday 22 August from 2pm until 3.30pm ONLINE ONLY: Members with 8 loyalty points or more can purchase one ticket per person.

Monday 22 August from 4pm ONLINE ONLY: All remaining members who have yet to purchase can purchase one ticket per person.

Disabled Members Application Process

Disabled supporters can apply by telephone sale on the disability line 0371 811 2012 or international 0044 207 915 1950 or by submitting the application form to [email protected] during the relevant sales period as detailed above.

Supporters who are registered disabled wishing to apply by email can download the home disabled ticket application form which can be found by clicking here.

To receive a personal assistant ticket disabled members will need to apply by telephone sale or via the application form and not purchasing online.

Accessible Car Parking

Supporters with a valid blue badge can apply for a car parking space from 10am on Tuesday 23 August. Car parking spaces are subject to availability and can be applied for by calling 0371 811 2012 or international 0044 207 915 1950.

Dispatching of tickets

Supporters will need to ensure they have a valid email address registered in their online account as all tickets are print@home and will be dispatched via email from Wednesday 31 August.

Duplicate tickets

Duplicate tickets will only be given to the individual season ticket holder or member.

Supporters should visit the ticket office on the day of the match with photo ID and where applicable the season ticket/membership card.

Loyalty points

Supporters will receive 1 (one) loyalty point for this match.

Ticket exchange

Only season ticket holders and members will be able to purchase home Premier League match tickets through the ticket exchange if they do not already have a ticket for the match. Supporters can access the ticket exchange through the season ticket and members portal. Within the ticketing portal season ticket holders and members will see the menu option for the ticket exchange.

The ticket exchange will open at 11am on Monday 22 August.

The ticket exchange will close at 3pm on Friday 16 September.
